Delete your account
PipLog international service
Fastest method
Sign in to PipLog, open My, choose Delete account, and follow the confirmation steps. This deletes your sign-in account, baby profiles, care records and diary photos. If you own a shared family, remove its other caregivers first so their access is not removed without warning.
If you cannot sign in
Submit an account-deletion request using the support form and select “Account deletion”. Use the email associated with the account. We will verify ownership before processing the request.
What is retained
Account and family content is removed from active systems. Limited security, fraud-prevention or legal records may be retained where necessary, and deleted information may remain temporarily in secured provider backups until those backups rotate.
